Lightspeed is the premier POS system for retailers, restaurants, and golf courses. As one of the fastest-growing companies in Canada that also operates internationally, my role focused on boosting our North American retail and golf base, while automating processes across different technologies.

Achievements

• Designed an automated customer journey for Lightspeed’s Capital product that reduced individual email sends by nearly 70%
• Conducted GAP analyses to recommend new lifecycle nurture flows, as well as analyses of our competitors to inform existing flows
• Created the first-ever onboarding program in the MA department for new employees

LANDR Audio Inc.

LANDR is the one-stop shop for musicians, offering a range of services including its flagship mastering product, digital music distribution, audio samples, and plugins. My role involved building emails using HTML and CSS, segmenting audiences, and monitoring campaigns.

• Optimized new and existing campaigns to help the Marketing team reach its annual goal of 25% cross-product adoption
• Provided technical support to help implement LANDR’s first comprehensive customer onboarding journey
